Tigers Settle for 1-1 Draw Against Eastview

FARMINGTON, Minn. -- The Farmington Tigers girls soccer team played to a 1-1 draw against the Eastview Lightning on Saturday, moving to 1-1-4 on the season. The Tigers took the lead in the first half when Gianna Carpentier headed in a goal off a corner kick at the 32:02 mark, giving Farmington an early advantage.

The Tigers held onto their lead well into the second half, but Eastview managed to equalize with 23:57 remaining, leveling the score at 1-1. Farmington maintained a slight edge in possession and created multiple chances throughout the match, but the defenses on both sides stood strong.

With the draw, the Tigers continue to show resilience and determination as they look to build on this performance in their upcoming games.

Farmington travels to Apple Valley on Thursday, September 12 for a 7:00 pm game against the Eagles.
