APPLE VALLEY, Minn. -- In a tightly contested South Suburban Conference matchup, the Farmington Tigers Girls Soccer team played to a 0-0 draw against the Apple Valley Eagles. Both teams had moments of control throughout the game, but neither could find the back of the net.
Farmington had a few key opportunities to break the deadlock but was unable to convert against a solid Eagles defense. On the other end, the Tigers' defense held strong, keeping Apple Valley off the scoreboard for the full 80 minutes. With the tie, Farmington moves to 1-1-5 on the season and will look to build momentum heading into their next conference match.
