HASTINGS, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers boys' swim and dive team delivered a strong performance in their dual meet against Hastings on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The Tigers secured the varsity win with a final score of 105-80.

Farmington opened the meet with a first-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay, as the team of Daniel Budde, Collin Hawkins, Hudson Maakestad, and Tyler West clocked in at 1:49.76?.
In the 200-yard freestyle, Hantruy Nguyen powered to first place with a time of 1:50.79, while Eli Gobar placed third (2:06.80) and Wyatt Conine finished fourth (2:10.40)?.
Justin Raymond earned a second-place finish in the 200-yard individual medley (IM) with a time of 2:08.20, while Daniel Budde contributed with a fourth-place finish (2:19.56)?.
Sprinter Adam Moorlach showcased his speed, taking first place in the 50-yard freestyle (22.20), with Collin Hawkins finishing third (24.40) and Tyler West in fourth place (24.87)?.
In the 100-yard butterfly, Moorlach continued his dominant meet, finishing first (53.97), while Hudson Maakestad placed third (1:00.14)?.
The 100-yard freestyle saw a strong effort from West, who placed second (54.53), with Wyatt Ziegler following in third (57.21)?.
Hantruy Nguyen controlled the 500-yard freestyle, finishing first with a time of 5:04.61, while Justin Raymond secured third place (5:25.14) and Eli Gobar added a fifth-place finish (5:43.13)?.
Farmington's 200-yard freestyle relay team of Moorlach, Raymond, Lyons, and Nguyen earned first place with a strong time of 1:36.80, maintaining the Tigers' lead?.
In the 100-yard backstroke, Budde claimed the top spot with a first-place finish (1:00.77), while Conine finished third (1:08.72).
The meet concluded with an exciting 400-yard freestyle relay, where the team of Moorlach, West, Raymond, and Nguyen secured first place with a time of 3:31.84, sealing Farmington's victory?.
