HASTINGS, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers boys golf team turned in a strong effort Thursday afternoon at the Hastings Golf Club, finishing 6th out of 12 teams with a team score of 326 (+38) in a competitive field featuring several top programs.
RECAP
Led by Jaden Kelly's 78 (+6), the Tigers stayed consistent throughout the day despite tough pin placements and cool conditions. Senior Cale Thompson followed closely behind, posting an 80 (+8) to help keep Farmington near the top of the leaderboard.
Logan Henriksen shot an 83 (+11), while sophomore Ethan Button and freshman Ayden Wollak added rounds of 85 (+13) and 88 (+16) respectively. Jonah Ask rounded out the Tigers' lineup with a 90 (+18).
Farmington's sixth-place finish tied them with Two Rivers, just 16 strokes behind first-place Eagan (310), in a tight top-half leaderboard.
