Winter Athletics Registration Is Now Open!

Winter athletics registration opened up on Monday, September 29, 2025.

The registration page includes information regarding registration instructions, fees and refund information, projected calendars, exceptional athlete procedures, as well as activity and athletic offerings at FHS.

If you receive an error stating your child's STUDENT ID is incorrect, that means that your child does not have a current sports physical on file with the school.

Sports physicals can be emailed to Sue Hurtgen (shurtgen@farmington.k12.mn.us), faxed to the High School (651-252-2520), or dropped off in the Activities Office at Farmington High School.

Student managers should sign up as a Winter Manager - 2025-26. There is no fee or physical requirement for managers.

Important Reminders:

In order to be fully eligible for practice on the first day of the season, a student must have:

A current sports qualifying physical on file with the athletic office (the sports physical must be good through the entire sport season);
Completed the online registration through RevTrak; and,
Paid the athletic fees.

Please note: registration closes the Friday before the activity or sport begins. Don't forget to register before the activity closes!
