Boys Track & Field traveled to Hopkins High School on Tuesday, April 26 for the Hopkins True Team Invitational. The meet features some of the Metro's top track & field teams. The Tigers earned a 4th place finish.
Jonathan Shrum continues to improve his 100m dash time every week. He placed 1st at Hopkins with a time of 11.01.
Abdisa Ayana placed 3rd in the 200m dash with a time of 22.90. Gopher commit
Ramy Ayoub placed 1st in the 400m dash finishing with a time of 49.50.
Riley Hanson was the top Tiger finisher in the 800m run with a time of 2:04.05, good enough for a 5th place finish.
Mason Sullivan earned an 8th place finish in the 1600m run. Sullivan finished the mile in 4:51.29. Alex Lee crossed the finish line in 5th in the 300m hurdles. Lee's time was 44.04. The boys' 4x200m relay team won the event. Team members

In the field events, Joey Mehlhorn placed 6th in the discus with a throw of 124-02.
