Wrestling traveled to the 39 team Cheesehead Invitational in Kaukauna, WI on Friday and Saturday. There were 27 teams ranked in their state with 5 of them being ranked in the nation. The Tigers finished in 30th Place.
 
Cole Han-Lindemyer was the runner-up at 195, with a 6-1 record. He had 3 falls, a tech fall and a major decision. In the semifinals, he beat the #1 ranked wrestler out of Nebraska. Cole lost 3-2 to the #5 nationally ranked in the finals. Cole is currently ranked #12 nationally and has a 21-3, with his losses coming to the #2, #5 and #9 nationally ranked wrestlers.
 
Davis Parrow placed 5th at 126 with a 5-3 record, including 2 falls and a tech fall! He was the 8th seed going into the tournament and bettered his seed by 3 spots! Davis is now 18-7 on the season and he is ranked #3AAA at 126 in MN. He also reached his 50th career win during the tournament!
 
Chase Stevens placed 13th at 113 with a 4-4 record.
Edon Davis placed 20th at 160.
Easton Clark won his first varsity match this weekend.

We sent a team of 9-11th graders to Eastview for a dual tournament on Saturday. They went 1-4 on the day, but wrestled some highly competitive duals!
 
Blake Han-Lindemyer, 106 and Will Preston, 189 were 5-0 on the day.
