Farmington, Minn. -- The Farmington boys and girls cross country programs hosted the annual running of the Cowbell Classic on Thursday, September 28.
The Tiger girls team would place first out of the 23 participating teams and land three athletes in the top-ten.
Lauren Lansing earned a 2nd place finish overall with a time of 19:03.50.
Sophia Venning finished 4th with a time of 19:27.10. And,
Mariah Fenske placed 7th with a tme of 19:39.10.

Mason Sullivan finished just outside the top-ten, in 11th, with a time of 16:50.80.

The Cowbell Classic was one of the largest meets of the entire 2023 Minnesota cross country schedule. The event featured over 950 student-athletes from around the state and was supported by the Farmington boys and girls booster club and many parent volunteers who made the meet a huge success.
