The Tigers wasted no time making an impact, with Austin Raveling recovering a blocked punt in the endzone for a touchdown early in the first quarter, putting Farmington ahead 7-0. The momentum continued on Farmington's next possession when Brock Wyandt broke free for a 17-yard touchdown run, giving the Tigers a 14-0 lead after Ethan Giesler's successful extra point.

Before halftime, Farmington reclaimed the lead when quarterback Jonah Ask found Cole Wilcek for a 17-yard touchdown pass. Giesler's extra point made it 21-14, and that score would hold through a defensive battle in the second half.
