FARMINGTON, Minn. – The Farmington Tigers softball team picked up another South Suburban Conference win on Tuesday night, defeating the Eagan Wildcats 7-2 at home. Solid pitching from Kayla Schweich and clutch hitting in the early innings helped the Tigers control the game from start to finish.

Farmington opened the scoring in the bottom of the first when Lila Johannsen grounded out to bring in a run. The Tigers extended their lead to 3-0 in the second, with Kayley Schuenemann delivering a key two-out single down the right field line to score two runs.
